VHS or VHS-C TO DIGITAL CONVERSION

1–4 VHS/VHS-C tapes or DVD Video discs
$12 per tape/disc
Up to 2 hours per tape (No limit on DVD videos)

5+ VHS/VHS-C tapes or DVD Video discs
$10 per tape/disc
Up to 2 hours per tape (No limite on DVD videos)

Extended-Length Tapes
For tapes longer than 2 hours
Add $5 per tape

(up to 4 total hours)

TAPE INSPECTION (UNKNOWN TAPE CONTENTS) 

Option 1: Quick Inspection

$6 per tape (5+ tapes- $5 per tape)

• I inspect portions of the tape to identify its contents.

• Best for customers who are fairly certain the tape contains only TV recordings or is blank.

• If personal footage is found, it is digitized and standard digitization pricing applies

• If no personal footage is found, only the quick inspection fee is charged

• No guarantee that all personal recordings will be found.

Option 2: Complete Review 

• I review the entire tape to ensure personal recordings aren't missed

• If personal footage is found, it is digitized.

• Whether or not personal footage is found, standard digitization pricing applies including normal extended-length pricing if the tape exceeds 2 hours.

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion and before delivery of digital files.

I am currently accepting cash, Venmo, or CashApp.

TURNAROUND TIME

Most orders are completed within 7–14 days.

Completion times may vary based on order size, tape length, media condition, and current workload. 

Customers will be notified if additional time is needed.
